Confiscation of Illegal Chemicals and Apprehension of Hazardous Waste
The Bureau has issued the EMB Memorandum Circular No. 2020-012, “Rules on the Confiscation of Illegal Chemicals, Chemical Substances and Apprehension of Hazardous Waste under RA 6969”.
