The Environmental Management Bureau has issued further guidelines on the data requirements for application of Pre-Manufacture and Pre-Importation Notification (PMPIN) Compliance. 

The Memorandum will take effect fifteen days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
