Pursuant to Republic Act No. 6969, “Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act of 1990” and the Joint DTI-DENR-DA-DOF-DOH-DILG-DOLE-DOTC Administrative Order No. 01 Series of 2009 on “The Adoption and Implementation of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS)”, the Environmental Management Bureau – DENR has issued DAO 2015-09.
