The Department of Environment and Natural Resources has issued the DENR Administrative Order for Polymers and Polymer of Low Concern (PLC) Exemption from the PMPIN Process. This will exempt certain polymers from applying for a PMPIN Compliance Certificate.

The Order will take effect fifteen days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR). Update (1/6/2020): Applicants can now start to apply for the Polymers and PLC Exemption. You may download the application form here. The application should be submitted with complete attachments manually at the Central Office of the Environmental Management Bureau. The fees for Polymer Exemption are Php 1500.00 (as per DAO 2019-18).
